摘要
稀土有机配合物发光材料中稀土含量大,制备成本高,价格昂贵.尝试借用无机材料的发光机制,在邻苯二甲酸锶基质中掺杂Eu3+制备邻苯二甲酸锶铕,实现低浓度稀土发光,大幅度减少了稀土离子Eu3+的用量,且产物的荧光强度明显高于纯粹的稀土有机配合物邻苯二甲酸铕.此外,就邻苯二甲酸锶铕的制备条件,包括反应温度、pH值和锶铕配比对产物荧光强度的影响进行了简要讨论.
Prices of luminescent organic rare earth complexes are dear due to big rare earth content and hence highly preparative cost. With reference to luminescent mechanism of inorganic materials, Sr-Eu phthalate was prepared by blending Eu^3+ into Strontium phthalate and low rare earth content luminescence had been achieved. Though consumption of Eu^3+ ion is dramatically reduced, the fluorescence intensity of the product is remarkably higher than pure organic rare earth complex Europium phthalate. The effects of preparation conditions such as temperature, pH and Eu-Sr proportion, on the fluorescence intensity of the product are briefly discussed.
