摘要
通过对INTERBUS现场总线技术的研究,根据GD包装机的工艺特点,设计了以SIEMENSS7-400PLC为核心,加上INTERBUS现场总线的一套全新的PLC控制系统。3年多的运行结果表明,提出的系统设计方案是成功的,同时按照该方案进行的GDPLC的工程改造也很成功。
Through researching on INTERBUS fieldbus,according to the features of GD packing machine,the GD packing machine supervision control based on SIEMENS S7-400 PLC system and INTERBUS is designed.The result showed that the system design is successful and the project according to this manner is successful too.
