分析了常见的基于PLC的监控系统的利弊,回顾了面向PLC的DDE和OPC服务器的特点和使用方法,提出了利用PLC的DDE和OPC服务器接口和通用软件开发工具来设计中小型监控系统的方案。详细地讨论了这种方案在污水处理监控系统中的具体应用。
The advantages and disadvantages of popular supervisory systems based on PLC are analyzed.The features and usages of DDE and OPC servers oriented PLC are reviewed.The scheme based on DDE and OPC servers and popular software development toolkits is presented,which is quite suitable for development of small and middle scale supervisory systems.The specific engineering application for some sewage disposal supervisory system is studied in derail.
