摘要
利用钢铁厂平炉尘制备中温变换催化剂,制备成本低,工艺简单,活性达到部颁标准,具有明显的经济效益.
With the action of some bivalent cation, high temperature shift catalyst has been prepared by mixture precipitation method using open-hearth dust as a raw material. The main phase of catalyst is r-Fe2O3 which exists in the open-hearth dust properly. The pore structure of catalyst is improved. Therefore, it helps to increase catalyst activity and to reduce the energy consumption. By using the method offered in this paper, a cheap catalyst of high temperature shift can be obtained.
