摘要
纳他霉素是一种广泛应用于食品、药品的抗真菌剂。本文以GM04(streptomycesgilvosporeus)为出发菌株,经紫外线和微波诱变处理,直接用抗性平板初筛,通过连续多代诱变选育出一株正向突变株,经旋转摇床300r/min、29℃发酵90h,纳他霉素产量达2.78g/L。
Natamycin, as a new kind of antibiotic, has been widely used in various food and pharmacy. Using GM04 (streptomyces gilvosporeus) as a starting strain, treated with ultraviolet light and microwave. Natamycin over producing mutants has been obtained and the highest yield got to 2. 78g/L in the fermentation conditions of 29℃, 90h on 300r/ min rotated flask culture.
