活性炭厌氧流化床处理毒性有机废水存在的问题与对策

Problems for Treating Toxic Organic Wastewaters with Fluidized-Bed Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) Anaerobic Reactor

摘要 活性炭厌氧流化床处理毒性有机废水存在问题。对含有活性炭能吸附而生物难降解成份的废水,通过定期替换少量活性炭,能维持工艺的稳定运行。对氨氮含量高的废水,通过吹脱把氨氮含量降到1000mg/l以下,可正常发挥工艺的处理效能。对含有活性炭难以吸附而生物又难以降解成份的废水,必须通过预处理或稀释把这些有害成份降到允许浓度以下才能保证工艺正常运行。 There were several problems about treating toxic organic wastewaters with flu-idized-bed GAC anaerobic reactor. For wastewaters containing adsorbable and non-biodegradable toxic organic compounds, the process maintained stable operating condition by displacing little fraction of GAC regularly. For wasterwaters containing high strength ammoniacal nitrogen,the content of NH3-N must be reduced to less than 1 000mg/l by stripping in order to develop processing efficiency. For wastewaters containing non-adsorbable and non-biodegradable toxic compounds, the normal operation could be maintained by preteating or diluting to reduce these toxic materials to concentration below admitive level.
