新型分子双链配位聚合物的合成、晶体结构与表征 被引量:1

Syntheses,Characterization and Crystal Structure of a Novel Polymeric Complex with Double Chains

摘要 利用DTSA(DTSA=2,2′二硫代二苯甲酸)、螯合配体1,10邻菲咯啉(phen)与铜盐反应出乎意料的得到了一种新型配位聚合物[Cu(phen)(H2O)2SO4]n。通过单晶衍射测定了晶体结构,并用元素分析、红外光谱、热分析等技术对其进行了表征。配合物属单斜晶系,空间群C 2/c,a=1.4883(2)nm,b=1.3835(2)nm,c=0.70283(10)nm,β=108.545;°Z=4,R=0.0231。配合物的基本构建基元包含1个Cu(Ⅱ)原子、1个硫酸根、1个邻菲咯啉分子和2个配位水分子,其中硫酸根采取二齿桥联配位方式,将紧邻单元相连沿a轴方向形成无限延伸的一维配位聚合链;相邻的一维链又通过芳环间ππ堆积和C-H…O氢键作用,相互嵌入沿a轴方向构建了新型的分子双链结构;链间籍C-H…O和O-H…O氢键进一步拓展为三维超分子体系。 A novel polymeric complex, [Cu(phen)(HeO)2SO4]n has been prepared unexpectedly from the reaction of N,N-bidentate ligand (phen),2-2'-Dithiosalicylic acid(DTSA) with a Cu(Ⅱ) salt and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum, thermogravimetric analysis, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The results show that the complex is monoclinic, with space group C2/c, a = 1. 4883(2)nm, b=1. 3835(2)nm, c=0. 70283 (10)nm, a = 90°,β =108. 545°,γ =90°;Z=4, R=0. 0231. The crystal structure of complex consists of a copper(Ⅱ),a sulfate ligand,two phens and two coordination water molecules, the distorted octahedral complex of copper(Ⅱ)bridged through bidentate sulfate ligands forms a dimensional chains along the a axis of the cell. These two one-dimensional chains form a novel double chains structure along the a axis of the cell by π-π stacking interactions and the C-H…O hydrogen between two chains,furthmore, These coordination polymer chains are further organized by two different Intermolecular hydrogen bonds (C-H…O and O-H…O) to afford a 3D supramolecular structure.
