摘要
在分析橡胶防护蜡性能影响因素的基础上,设定碳数分布和正异构链烃比例两个参数,运用计算机编程技术,采用matlab软件,得出计算机模拟程序。通过对抚顺石化分公司石油一厂8种石油蜡原料及橡胶防护蜡产品的总碳数、正构碳数分布的模拟,模拟结果和要求吻合较好,按照模拟结果调合的橡胶蜡的性能指标与产品吻合较好。
Carbon number distribution and the normal hydrocarbon to iso - hydrocarbon ratio are determined on the basis of impact factors of rubber protection wax performances, and computer simulation program is developed with Maflab software using computer programming technology. The simulation of the total carbon number and n - carbon number distribution of 8 petroleum wax feedstocks and associated rubber protection wax products for No. 1 Refinery of Fushun Petrochemical Company show that the simulation results fit well with the target specifications, and the performances of rubber protection waxes blended based upon the simulation resuits also fit well with those of target products.
