摘要
为了研究膜材料对透过通量的影响,文章建立了真空膜蒸馏过程的微观传热传质模型,并利用该模型对文献中的实验数据进行了模拟,得到了比较满意的结果。进而对不同条件下膜的长度、厚度、内径以及曲折因子、传质系数进行了模拟计算,并讨论了不同膜参数对膜透过通量的影响,为真空膜蒸馏过程中膜材料的选取及合理利用提供一定的理论依据。
In order to study the effect of membrane materials on penetration flux, one model for describing heat and mass transfer of vacuum membrane distillation process was established and used in the simulation of membrane permeation flux. The simulation results are of good agreement with the experimental data in the literature. Furthermore, the membrane length, thickness, inner radius and tortuosity factor, mass transfer coefficient of the membrane were studied and calculated, and the influences of membrane parameters on permeation flux were discussed. This investigation provides a theoretical fundament to choose and utilize membrane efficiently in vacuum membrane distillation.
