摘要
企业文化是现代科学管理理论与深层次的文化理论相交叉、交流、渗透的结果。作为企业核心竞争力的企业文化在农机企业发展中具有重要作用。本文首先从企业文化对农机企业的必要性角度进行阐述,然后分析了企业文化对企业核心竞争力的重要作用,从而提出农机企业须建立和发展自己特色的企业文化。
The enterprise culture is the result of overlapping, intercommunion and infiltration between modem scientific management theory and deep level cultural theory. As the enterprise core competence, enterprise culture takes an important role in the course of agricultural machinery enterprise development. The paper, in the beginning, elaborates the necessity of the enterprise culture to the agricultural machinery enterprise, and then analyses the .important effect of enterprise culture to enterprise core competence. Accordingly, the paper proposes that the agricultural machinery enterprise must establish and develop enterprise culture of its own characteristic.
