水芹种子POD活性及同工酶变化与休眠的关系 被引量:1

摘要 本文通过对水芹种子分别进行湿土层积处理,以未层积的水芹种子(新种子)作为对照,并对处理前后种子萌发率、POD活性及其同工酶进行测定,进而研究水芹种子POD活性及其同工酶的变化与种子休眠之间的关系。 this article indicates the relationship between the POD activity,isozyme chanyes and the dormancy ot the java water dropwort seeds o Four disposal that the seeds were covered by moisture sands were given to the java waterdropwort seeds. by analyze and compare the relationship between these seeds with the seeds without any disposal(CK) ,we have found the core effect of the sands covering to the dormancy of the java waterdropwort seeds can be attributed to the fluctuation of the activity of the POD and its isozyme.
