摘要
本文通过对常德市建设用地利用现状水平分析,提出人均建设用地控制标准。再结合常德市低效、闲置建设用地的调查结果,对城镇(含园区)用地、农村居民点用地节约、集约利用潜力等问题进行了深入分析和研究。
This article comes to a per capita construction land control standards by analyzing the status level of Changde City construction land use. By combinating Changde City inefficient and idle construction land findings, In - depth analysis and research the potential of economical and intensive use of construction land mainly about Towns （ including the park） sites, rural settlements , in order to provide scientific basis and reference for a new round of revising its overall land use plans of Changde city.
