摘要
目的:研究西宁地区妊娠高血压疾病患者血浆内皮素及心钠素的变化;方法:测定西宁地区正常妊娠孕妇、妊娠高血压疾病孕妇及非妊娠健康妇女血浆内皮素及心钠素水平并与平原地区进行对比;结果:西宁地区妊娠高血压疾病组血浆内皮素和心钠素含量显著高于正常妊娠组(P<0.01),且高于平原地区组(P<0.01);正常妊娠组又显著高于非妊娠组(P<0.01);妊娠高血压疾病组中内皮素和心钠素水平随病情严重程度的增加而升高;结论:内皮素及心钠素和高原地区妊娠高血压疾病的发生、发展有重要的关系。
Objective： To observe the changes of endothelin（ET） and na in patients with hypertensive pregnancy. Methods： All subjects in xining were designed in the normal pregnancy, the hypertensive pregnancy and healthy women group, and the plasma level of ET and na was measured and compared between xininges objects and plain＇s objects matched. Results： The level of endothelin and na were significant higher （P〈0.01） in the hypertensive prefnancy than that in the normal pregnancy in xining and in plain＇s matched objects;and were higher （P〈0. 01） in the normal pregnancy than in the health women. In hypertensive pregnancy, the level of ET and na was increased with the severe condition of hypertension. Conclusions： There is significant association between ET, na and the incidence and development of hypertensive pregnancy at high altitude.
