摘要
招商引资是促进地方经济发展的重要手段,而地方政府的角色如何定位则成为直接影响招商引资工作成败的关键因素之一。本文基于对地方政府在招商引资中的角色定位的思考,提出了从理念、制度到实践层面的建议。
Inviting outside investment is an important measure to advance the development of local economy, while how to define the role of the local government is one of the key factors which affect the success of inviting outside investment. This paper makes a general study about how to define the role of the local government during inviting outside investment, and puts forward some advice about inviting outside investment from the perspectives of ideal, system and practice.
