摘要 对比了水性与溶剂型UV皮革涂饰剂在皮革表面的应用效果,并对皮革表面微观性能及透气度进行了表征和计算。研究结果表明,UV固化皮革涂饰剂可以改善皮革的表观性能,并保持皮革良好的透气性;同时发现相对于溶剂型,水性皮革涂饰剂与皮革表面有更好的亲和性和流平性,在保持良好透气性条件下,可以达到较好的光泽性和手感。 The applicable effects of waterborne and solventborne UV curable leather finishing was compared and the micro-morphology of leather was observed and the air permeability was accurately calculated. It shows that the apparent performance of leather could be improved by UV leather finishing; and the air permeability was retained; Waterborne UV curable leather finishing has good polish and tactility, because it has better affinity to leather surface than solventborne finishing.
