摘要
论文就《信息网络传播权保护条例(草案)》公布后所引发的争论,以及《信息网络传播权保护条例》正式颁布所做的修改,分析了其中的不合理性,并指出了其对图书馆开展网络信息服务所产生的影响。
This paper analyses irrationality and points out the varies influence that may accrue during network information service in libraries on the argument after draft of Regulations on the Protection of the Right of Communication through Information Network was announced and the modification of Regulations on the Protection of the Right of Communication through Information Network was formally promulgated.
