摘要
采用金刚石微粉和青铜基结合剂制做了高效、高精度金刚石珩磨盘,该方法制造的珩磨盘具有磨削效率高、自锐性强,无堵塞,无须修整。本文详细介绍了制造工艺与参数。
Diamond powder and bronze-base bond were used to make high efficiency and high precision honing plate. Grinding experiments on compressor bearings showed that the above honing plates have high grinding efficiency, good serf-sharpening ability,no loading,no need for dressing,low cost. The manufacturing technique and parameters are presented in detail in the paper.
