摘要
使用SPF鸡胚成纤维细胞从蛋用种鸡的病料中分离到一株病毒。经禽白血病病毒(ALV)p-27抗原ELISA检测、病毒培养、反转录-聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)鉴定、群特异性抗血清中和试验和动物回归试验等证明,该株病毒属于禽白血病病毒。
A strain of virus was isolated from laying breeding chicken using primary chicken embryo fibroblasts （CEFs） freshly prepared from embryos （9 - 10 days old） of the line 0 leghorn chicken strain held as a specific pathogen-free （SPF） flock and identified to be the avian leukosis virus （ALV） by the assays such as detection of the isolate using ELISA with ALV p-27 Ag, virus propagation in CEFs, detection of viral genome by RT-PCR, neutralization of virus by subgroup-specific antiserum and infection of 1-day-old SPF chicken inoculated using the isolate.
