摘要 研究了以固体超强酸S2O82-/TiO2-A l2O3为催化剂合成乙酸戊酯的反应,在反应温度分别为100,108,116℃下,测出合成乙酸戊酯的动力学方程参数,建立了动力学方程式,并与无催化剂酯化反应的活化能及动力学方程式进行了比较。结果表明,最佳合成条件为:醇酸摩尔比1.3∶1,催化剂用量1 g,带水剂用量10 mL。固体超强酸S2O82-/TiO2-A l2O3使反应活化能明显降低,是合成乙酸戊酯的有效催化剂。 Synthesis of amyl acetate with the solid super acidic catalyst S2O^2-8/TiO2-Al2O3 was investigated. The kinetic parameters of reaction were measured at 100℃ , 108℃ and 116℃ respectively and the kinetic equation was thus built, which were compared with those of the reaction without catalyst. The resuits showed that the optimum reaction conditions are n ( amyl alcohol) : n ( acetic acid ) = 1.3 : 1, the amounts of the catalyst and the water-taking reagent 1.0 g and 10 mL respectively. The activation energy of the reaction with solid super acidic catalyst is obviously lower than that of the reaction without catalyst, suggesting that S2O^2-8/TiO2-Al2O3 is the effective catalyst of the synthesis of amyl acetate.
