西洛他唑中间体6-羟基-3,4-二氢-2(1H)喹啉酮的合成工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 以对甲氧基苯胺与3-氯丙酰氯为原料,经过两步反应制备6-羟基-3,4-二氢-2(1H)喹啉酮;反应步骤短,条件温和,总收率达到85%以上。 The compound was prepared starting from p-methoxylaniline and 3-Chloropropionyl chloride , via two steps. The total yield is up to 80%.
