摘要
针对传统制造信息监视系统中的不足及其所带来的问题,提出了利用OPC技术进行信息采集和对系统的控制,基于该技术具有集成量小、软件编制简单、重用性强的特点,可缩短软件的开发周期、提高运行的可靠性和稳定性。便于系统的维护与升级,方便系统硬件配置,使系统的应用更加广泛。
In allusion to many issues in traditional information monitoring system for manufacturing, this paper presents the information monitoring technology for manufacturing based on OPC. This technology is provided with the characteristics of little integration, expediently programming, repeated using. And it will shorten developing period and improve reliability, stability of running. It is convenient for maintenance, upgrading and hardware configuring of system. It makes system more widely used.
