摘要
从影响就业的因素入手,试论学校职业指导存在的问题,开展与推动职业指导的措施,为我国未来学生有目的、充分和谐就业奠定基础。
This article analyzes the factors that influence students＇ employment and the problems existing in offering career guidance for the students. It also demonstrates that it is essential to develop and promote career guidance to achieve harmonious employment environment for all graduates.
