大鼠嗅球的部分传入纤维联系──WGA-HRP和HRP法研究 被引量:2

SOME AFFERENT CONNECTIONS OF THE OLFACTORY BULB IN THE RAT WGA-HRP AND HRP METHODS

摘要 采用WGA-HRP和HRP法对14只大鼠脑内某些结构向嗅球的投射进行逆行追踪。结果表明,蓝斑、梨状皮质、皮质杏仁核、肉侧杏仁核及嗅结节内侧部发出较多的纤维投射到嗅球;中缝背核、中央灰质腹外侧部及中缝正中核有少量细胞发出纤维到嗅球;偶见中间线形核和尾侧线形核有很少量的细胞发出纤维投射到嗅球。 Some afferent connections of the olfactory bulb in 14 rats were studied with WGA-HRP and HRP methods.The results suggested that the olfactory bulb receives mainly fibers from the locus soeruleus,pyriform cortex,amygdala cortical nucleus,medial amygdala nucleus and medial part of olfactory tuberculum,and also a few of fibers from the dorsal raphe nucleus,median raphe nucleus,central gray,and occasionally some fibers from the intermediary linear nucleus and caudal linear nucleus.
