摘要
将３０％辣根过氧化酶（ＨＲＰ）溶液注入大鼠食管腹段近贲门处外膜下，切片用四甲基联苯胺（ＴＭＢ）法成色，结果如下：标记细胞主要分布于双侧结状神经节，双侧的脊神经节（主要在Ｔ９～Ｌ３）、双侧的胸交感节（Ｔ９～Ｌ１）和腹腔节，在延髓的标记细胞见于疑核全长内，主要分布于疑核咀侧端。在闩平面以下的迷走神经背核内也见有少数梭形标记细胞。
After every 60μl of 30% HRP were injected into abdominal section of the esophagus of 20 rats respectively,the labelled neurons were found bilaterally within nodose ganglions of vagus nerve,dorsal root ganglia(T9～L3),thoracic sympathetic ganglions and coeliac ganglion .The labelled neurons were also seen in the rostral nucleus ambiguus as well as its compact colum and in the lower level of obex of the dorsal nucleus of vagus nerve.
