摘要
以2.0mol/L的NaOH溶液烧伤兔眼前段.用改进的紫外线吸收法测定烧伤前、后24小时、3天、7天房水的中分子物质含量变化,并作眼前段相应的临床观察.结果显示,烧伤后不同时间房水的中分子物质含量显著高于烧伤前(P<0.01).烧伤后3天房水的中分子物质含量显著高于烧伤后24小时及7天(P<0.05).烧伤眼的临床表现与房水内中分子物质含量异常升高相关.
The middle molecular substances (MMS) contents in aqueous humor of rabbit were determined before and after alkali burn with improved ultraviolet-absorption method. The clinical apperances of anterior segments of the burned eyes were observed. The results showed MMS contents in aqueous humor different time after alkali burn were significantly higher than that of normal rabbits ( P < 0. 01). MMS content 3 days after burn was significatly higher than those 24 hours and 7 days after burn ( P < 0. 05). The result also showed that clinical apperence was associated with the increase of MMS content in aqueons humor after alkali burn.
