摘要
对313名汞矿作业工人、173名对照组工人进行了检查.汞作业工人周边视野缩小、视乳头色淡、视神经萎缩的检出率(%),分别为23.32、7.35、2.56,均极显著高于对照组.上述检出率随生产环境空气汞浓度增高而递增,与工龄也呈直线相关.其视野、视神经改变可发生于汞中毒之前,表明视网膜周围、视神经束及外周神经纤维即可受到汞的危害,是慢性汞影响的一种亚临床表现.
Three hundred and thirteen workers in the mercury mine and 173 workers of control group were examined. In workers of mercury mine the detectable rates ( % ) of the contraction of peripheral visual field, hypochromic of opti disc and optic atrophy are 23. 32, 7.35,2. 56;all are significantly higher than the control group. The detectable rates of those items increase as the concentration of mercury in the environmental air increases or length of service lengthens. They both are linear correlation. Investigation found that the changes of visual field and optic nerve before the poison of mercury, the peripheral retina optic tract and peripheral nerve fibre can involve by the mercury,this is the sub-clinic manifestation of chronic influence of mercury.
