摘要
采用原植物、性状、显微、薄层鉴定的方法对藏药粗茎秦艽、蓝玉簪龙胆进行系统的生药学鉴定,为其鉴别及应用提供科学依据。结果表明:通过原植物、性状、显微、薄层色谱图研究能够很好地鉴定原植物。
The original plant identification, morphological and histological identification, microscopic indentification,TLC were adopted to identify the original plants to used as Tibetan medicine Gentiana macrophyUa Pall. and Gentiana veitchiorum Hemsl. Provide the scientific evidence of identification and application. The results showed that these methods are available to indentify Gentiana macrophyUa Pall. and Gentiana veitchiorum Hemsl.
