摘要
针对压裂施工过程中存在的压裂液携砂与破胶性能的矛盾,介绍了一种使压裂液延迟破胶的微胶囊破胶技术。它既可使压裂液在施工过程中保持较高的粘度,利于造缝,又可使压裂液在施工结束后能够快速破胶化水,使压裂液易于返排,从而减少对地层的伤害,文中较详尽的讨论了微胶囊破胶剂的制造加工过程,与压裂液的配伍性等,并对产品的性能进行了评价。
According to the contradiction between the fracturing fluid carring capacity and the gel breaked property, this paper introduces a new technique- microcapsule gel breaked that delays the fracturing fluid breaked. It not only keep the viscidity but also make the fracturing fluid breaked rapidly. It is easy to recover that decreases the formation damaging. The paper discusses the making progress of microcapsule gel breaker and gives the evaluation of the product property, the fracturing fluid compatibility and so forth.
