摘要
以乙二醇水溶液为溶剂,稻壳为原料制备木质素。将稻壳投入70%-90%乙二醇中,在200-220℃、一定料液比条件下蒸煮1-3 h,不溶于水的高沸醇木质素通过加水沉淀的方法,从反应后的液体混合物中分离出来。通过蒸馏方法回收的乙二醇可重复使用。试验结果表明,稻壳在80%乙二醇中,于210℃、料液比为1∶6条件下蒸煮2 h所得的木质素最多,即木质素的得率最高。制备的木质素具有较高的反应活性,通过进一步改性,还有更多潜在的应用价值。
Lignin of rice husk was extracted by the high boiling point solvent (HBS) digesting process with aqueous solvent of ethanediol. Putting the rice husk into 70% - 90% aqueous solution of ethanediol to autoclave, under a certain weight ratio of solid raw material to solvent, then heated to 200 - 220 ℃, and keeping the temperature for 1 - 3 hours, water-insoluble HBS lignin was separated from the liquor reaction mixture by water precipitation. Recovery ethanediol could be recycled as digesting solvent. According to the experiment results, the largest amount of HBS lignin from rice husk was obtained during 2 hours of digestion time at 210 ℃, with 80% of ethanediol as the solvent, when the weight ratio of solid raw material to solvent was 1: 6. HBS lignin had higher reaction activity and modified HBS lignin was more useful in material science and engineering.
