摘要
对稠油井蒸汽吞吐开发过程中普遍存在的油层吸汽剖面不均匀、油藏动用程度差等问题,采取了机械调剖和化学调剖两种方法,其中机械调剖工艺有选层分注合采工艺、投球选注合采工艺和选层分注分采工艺。进行机械调剖的井,同本并上周期相比,注汽压力平均提高2~3MPa,投入产出比为1:74.1;而高温化学调剖堵剂和高温发泡剂,经现场应用表明,具有优良的注入选择性,经施工压力和注入速度的合理控制,使调剖剂优先进入汽窜层或高渗透层,其投入产出比为1:5.14。
According to uneven steam entry profile of oil--bearing formation and bad producing degree of reservoir that are common with heavy oil wells during huff and puff period,this paper puts forwards mechanical and chemical profile control two methods. Mechanicalprofile control technology includes injecting into chosen layers while producing from all layers, injecting balls during injecting into chosen layers while producing from all layers, andboth injecting and producing from chosen layers. The steam injection pressure in wells treated by mechanical profile control increases by an average of 2-3 MPa compared with last cycle of the same wells, its input--output ratio is 1: 74. 1;after field application, it shows thatchemical plugging agent available under high temperature for profile control and foaming agent available under high temperature both are good at injection selectivity. Profile control agent can first enter steam scurrying layer or high permeability layer by rational controlling onoperating pressure and injection rate, its input--output ratio is 1: 5. 14.
