摘要
本文介绍了对海军某部一海上工程,采用建设监理方法管理工程的设计、预制和海上安装过程,并对今后推行建设监理制提出了建议。
The article describes the process of design, prefabrication and installation in a Navy's offshore engineering with engineering construction supervision method and puts forward some proposals for pursuing the construction project supervision system in the future.
