摘要
目的观察中西医结合配合神灯照射治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法将70例带状疱疹患者随机分为2组。治疗组40例,采用中西医结合配合神灯照射治疗。对照组30例单纯用西药治疗。结果治疗组痊愈率为80%,对照组痊愈率为66.1%;治疗组总有效率为100%,对照组总有效率为90.3%,2组总有效率差异无显著性,但治疗组痊愈率明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合配合神灯照射治疗带状疱疹疗效显著,见效快,疗程短,治愈率高.
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese and western medicine combined with infrared radiation in treatments of herpes zoster. Methods 70 herpes zoster patients were randomly divided into treatment group consisted of 40 cases treated with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine combined with infrared radiation and control group consisted of 30 eases treated with western medicine. Results The cure rate in the treatment group was 80.0% and 66.1% in the control group, showing significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The total effective rates in the treatment and control groups were 1000% and 90.3%, without significant difference between the two groups, Conclusion The effect of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine combined with infrared radiation is fast and significant in treatment of herpes zoster and with a short course and higher cure rate.
