摘要
目的总结综合医院麻风患者误诊入院的原因及预防对策。方法收集误诊入院的6例麻风患者临床资料,分析误诊原因。结果患者隐瞒病史、临床表现不典型、医生警惕性下降和诊断水平不高是主要原因。结论在麻风已逐步进入低流行的情况下,提高医生的警惕性和诊断水平是防止麻风误诊的关键。
Objective To summrize the misdiagnostic causes of lepers in the general hospital and the related preventive measures. Methods The clinical data of 6 lepers in the Department of Dermatology were enrolled, and the causes of misdiagnosis were analyzed. Results The main causes of misdiagnosis were as follows： the disease history hidden by the patient, atypically clinical manifestations, and the doctors＇ lower precaution to the leprosy. Conclusion Under the circumstances of low prevalence of leprosy, improving the doctors＇ precaution and diagnostic skills is fundamentally important for diagnosis of leprocy.
