摘要
目的 探讨通过详细的临床和流行病学资料分析，鉴定预防接种偶合病毒性脑炎。方法 对江门市2003～2005年发生的4例引起争议的预防接种后偶合病毒性脑炎个案进行鉴定分析。结果 4病例均为预防接种偶合病毒性脑炎病例，与预防接种无关。结论 各地在规范预防接种门诊工作利提高接种人员素质的同时，必须明确诊断预防接种不良事件和提高副反应的应急处理能力，另外还须对种儿童家长和公众做出明确的解释，消除公众的疑虑和不必要的社会恐慌。
Objective To diagnose and identify viral encephalitis cases due to vaccination through analysis of clinical and epidemiologlcal data. Methods Four viral encephalitis patients due to vaccination in the period of from 2003 to 2005 in Jiangmen City were individually identified. Results This four virus encephalitis cases were accidental viral encephalitis cases due to vaccination without correlation with prophylactic vaccination. Conclusion The capacity and personnel quality in various outpatients be enhanced and the work of vaccination be standardized in order to upgrade the capability in diagnosing accidental illness during prophylactic vaccination and diagnosis and dealing with adverse reactions. In addition, necessary health education and propaganda be carried out in community, especially to the children and heads of households involved in vaccination work.
