摘要
目的了解电白县树仔镇山美村委一起流行性腮腺炎爆发流行的原因和传播特征,为控制疾病提供依据。方法采取流行病学调查研究,并经过科学的统计分析等进行疫情分析及实际采取隔离、预防接种等疫情应急处理方法。结果该起腮腺炎流行以在校小学生发病为主,经综合处理疫情很快得以控制。结论加强儿童免疫接种工作,发生疫情及时采取综合措施,是控制传染病疫情的重要手段。
Objective To understand the cause, prevalent feature of a outbreak of mumps in Dianbai County and provide basis for Making control measures. Methods Emergent measures including isolation of infections, vaccination, etc. were taken after epidemiological survey, statistical analysis of the data of infection. Results This outbreak of mumps occurred mainly in a primary school and the infection was controlled soon after adopting effective measures. Conclusion Integrated measures including vaccination are effective for controlling outbreak of mumps.
