摘要
随着石油天然气勘探开发的发展,近年来钻井后期采用小井眼完井日益增多,由于环空间隙太小(5.5~12.5mm),固井作业难度大,固井质量很不理想,难以满足产层改造工艺的要求。为此提出了从改善井眼条件、套管串结构和工具附件、水泥浆性能、注水泥工艺技术措施出发提高小环空间隙井眼固井质量的观点和以下建议:①钻井液性能要满足小环空间隙井眼固井的要求;②搞好团井前的准备工作;③设计套管柱结构时,要考虑井眼环空间隙过大和过小的影响以及工具附件的改进和应用。
long with the development of oil-gas exploration and exploitation in China,small borehole completion is widely used at the later stage of drilling recent years.It is difficulty to meet the demands of payzone remake for its smaller annular clearance(5.5~12.5mm),difficult well cementing operation and lower well cementing quality.Started from improving borehole situation,casing pipe string structure and tool accessaries,slurry property and water injection technology,some viewpoints and suggestions of enhancing well cementing quality of deep well borehole with small annular clearance are proposed out.
