摘要
大斜度井及水平井固井后,水泥浆在井壁上侧形成的自由水槽是油、气、水窜的主要通道。室内试验表明,DS零析水水泥浆体系较好地解决了这一问题。该体系具有失水低、流变性能好、直角稠化、水泥石质量均匀和强度高、能有效地控制水泥浆析水,使水泥浆具有良好的稳定性能和抗气窜能力强及适应范围广的特点。通过4口大斜度及水平试验井的试压和测井结果同样说明,DS水泥浆体系稳定性好,其它综合性能稳定,封固的井段未出现油、气、水窜流和其它异常现象,试压和声幅测井都达到较好的效果。
ree water slots formed from slurry on upper side of borehole wall are the passages of oil breakthrough,gas break through and water breakthrough. Laboratory experiment shows DS zero-separate water slurry system can better resolve the breakthrough problems.The system has the characteristics of lower fluid loss,good rheological property,high intensity,good anti-gas-breakthrough ability and wide suitability.Test pressure and logging results of 4 high angledviated wells and horizontal experimental wells show that DS Slurry system also has good stability,other stable overall properties,the plugged sections without oil breakthrough,gas breakthrough and water breakthrough.Better effictivenesses of test pressure and acoustic amplitude logging are obtained.
