摘要
本文是在对辽河、新疆、胜利等稠油油田设计和生产实际调查的基础上,对提高稠油热采注蒸汽干度、注汽系统在规划、设计过程中进行多方案经济对比及减少注蒸汽管网热损失等技术问题进行了探讨。文章对深度处理锅炉给水,提高锅炉出口蒸汽干度、应用优化设计软件对注汽站站址和注蒸汽管网的布网方式及保温结构实施优化等问题提出了一些初浅的看法,并且针对降低注蒸汽系统热损失,减少蒸汽输送过程中的干度等问题提出了一些建议。
Based on design and production experience of three major heavy oil production fields,namely,Liaohe,Xingjing,and Shengli,some key technical points related to heavy oil production and system design are discussed,such as increasing dryness fraction of steam to be injected,optimizing steam injection network with economic and technical analysis and reducing heat loss of steam network. In order to increase the dryness fraction of steam at downstream of boiler,feed water to the boiler should be further demineralized. Methods for optimization of boiler station location and structure of steam network by using optimum design software are discussed. Furthermore,technologies for reducing heat loss and preventing dryness fraction reduction of steam during transit of steam are presented in this paper.
