介绍了茂名乙烯工程工厂设计模式改革的简况、取得的成绩以及出现的问题,初步总结了经验教训,提出了深化改革的建议。
This paper introduces the brief condition,progress,and problems of the factory design model reform in Maoming ethylene projict,summarizes the experience and lessons,raises some suggestion for deepening the reform.
