摘要
在介绍了教师的教育技术素养就是指教师具有的对教学过程和教学资源进行设计、开发、利用、评价和管理能力的基础上,指出教师教育技术素养的培养应以在职培训为主,其培训模式亟待适应教育改革的方向和教育技术发展的需要,实现从单纯技术培训向课程整合培训转型。
Teachers' educational technology literacy refers to the teacher 's ability to design, develop, use, appraise and manage the teaching process and teaching resources. The literacy training should focus on in-service training, and it is urgent that the training pattern should follow the trend of educational reform and the needs of educational technology development. The mode should be transformed from pure technology training to curriculum integration training.
