摘要
心肌营养素（ｍｙｏｔｒｏｐｈｉｎ）和心肌生长因子（ｃａｒｄｉａｃｇｒｏｗｔｈｆａｃｔｏｒ）是两个从肥大的心肌组织中提取的具有诱导心肌细胞肥大反应的蛋白质因子。心肌营养素１（ｃａｒｄｉｏｔｒｏｐｈｉｎ－１，ＣＴ－１）是最新克隆表达的相对分子质量为２２×１０３ｕ的蛋白质，具有很强的心肌肥大诱导作用。其ｍＲＮＡ为１．４ｋｂ，主要表达于心脏等组织，氨基酸序列分析表明它属于白介素６（ＩＬ－６）细胞因子家族。
Myotrophin and cardiac growth factor are two proteins isolated and purified from hypertrophic hearts. They strongly exert hypertrophic response on cultured myocyte. Cardiotrophin 1 is a 22×10 3 u protein identified originally by its ability to potently induce cardiac myocyte hypertrophy in vitro. A 1.4 kb cardiotrophin 1 mRNA is expressed in the heart and several other tissues. Amino acid similarity data indicate that it is a member of interleukin 6 family of cytokines.The possible role of it on myocytes, megakaryocytes and neuronal cells are currently under study.
