摘要
采用SIEMENS公司的WinCC/S7-400开放式控制系统完成了莱钢银山前区1#80t转炉生产线的转炉本体、汽化冷却、散状料上料、铁合金上料、循环水泵站、干法除尘、煤气回收等各子系统的控制功能;保证了转炉炼钢的安全性、快捷性,达到了较好的控制精度;采用顶底复吹、溅渣护炉、定温定氧、转炉平滑倾动、干法除尘等新工艺、新技术,节约了大量的电能和水资源,减少了环境污染。
The WinCC/S7-400 open control system of SIEMENS was used to carry out function control of the following subsystems for No.1 80t converter production line in the Yinshan Qianqu of Laiwu Iron ＆ Steel Co： converter, vaporization cooling; feeding of bulk material; feeding of ferroalloy.
