摘要
通过多中心协作研究，观察了国产曲马多片剂对１０４例疼痛病人的镇痛效果，其中癌症疼痛６５例，手术后疼痛３９例。和进口曲马多胶囊的镇痛效果（８６．６％）比较，国产曲马多片剂的镇痛有效率为９０．４％，副作用轻微。
In a prospective multi center study, the pain relief effects of tramadol tablets were studied in 104 patients. It included 65 cases with cancer pain and 39 patients with post operation pain. The results showed that tramadol tablets was effective in 90.4%. Domestic tramadol tablets and imported capsule have similar analgesic effect. The side effects of domestic tramadol tablets were mild and well tolerated.
