摘要
对某框架结构住宅进行了基础隔震设计,采用时程分析法对隔震和非隔震结构进行了计算和分析；同时,对隔震方案进行了经济性分析。分析结果表明,该住宅楼的隔震设计效果明显,设防烈度可由8度降为7度；采用基础隔震技术具有明显的经济效益和社会效益。
In this paper, the seismic isolation design of a frame residential structure is de - scribed , The asesmic behavior of the isolate building under earthquake is studied with tim - e history analysis method ; and analysis its e- conomic. The calculation result show that the baseisolated design of this residential structure has good use , the sesmic fortification inten - sity can decrease from 8°to 7°; Using the base isolation technique in this project demon - strates obvious economic benefit.
