摘要
对48例膀胱肿瘤患者行红细胞对肿瘤细胞的免疫粘附功能观察。结果表明:反应红细胞粘附肿瘤细胞的自然肿瘤红细胞花环率(NTER)、直向肿瘤红细胞花环率(DTER)、促肿瘤红细胞花环率(ETER)和协同肿瘤红细胞花环率(ATER)均较对照组明显降低(P<0.01)。提示膀胱肿瘤患者红细胞免疫粘附肿瘤细胞功能发生了改变。
The red-cell immune adhesion to tumor cell were determined in 48 patients with bladder cancer. The marks which represent red -cell immune adhesion;NTER,DTER,ETER and ATER decreased remarkably when compared to normal controls(p<0. 01). The experiments showed that the changement of red -ecll immune adhesion to tumor cell take place in bladder cancer patients.
