水下开孔机进尺计数装置研究

摘要 钻杆轴向进给由钻杆和丝杆相对转动产生,为实现钻杆进给和进尺计数,开孔机头部设置了进给箱,进给箱由定轴轮系和圆锥齿轮差速器组成。定轴轮系一方面将来自于传动箱的运动和动力传给钻杆和丝杆,另一方面又将钻杆和丝杆的运动传给圆锥齿轮差速器,然后通过一个专门设计的计数器,则可计算出钻杆轴向进给的进尺。通过变换计数器上的计数方式,可实现自动进给计数和手动快速下降(或上升)计数,并可得到总进尺计数。 The relative rotation between the feed screw and the boring bar will cause axial movement of the boring bar. To realize axial movement and indicate axial travel of the boring bar, a gear case is fixed on tapping machine top. In the gear case, a combined gear train is combinations of the fixed axes and differential gear trains. On the one hand, by means of the fixed axes gear trains the turn and power of transmission shaft were transferred to the feed screw and the boring bar. On the other hand, the turns of the feed screw and the boring bar were transferred to the differential gear train. The differential gear train was used to drive a special counter to count travel of the boring bar. By means of conversion switch on counter, the counting assembly may indicate axial travel that the boring bar moves automatically and manually and may indicate total axial travel.
