摘要
对１０例原发性醛固酮腺瘤、１０例嗜铬细胞瘤、１０例Ｃｕｓｈｉｎｇ综合征肾上腺皮质腺瘤及肾上腺皮质增生组织进行内皮素－１免疫组织化学研究，结果显示内皮素－１在３种肿瘤中均呈弱、中度阳性，表明这些肿瘤组织中存在内皮素。醛固酮瘤组织中可能存在内皮素－１受体的降调节作用，嗜铬细胞瘤中的内皮素－１可能起儿茶酚胺的旁分泌作用。
cases of aldosteronoma,10 cases of pheochromocytoma and 10 cases ofadrenocorticaladenoma and hyperplasia were studied by using immunohistochemical staining for ET-1.Allof the tumors were stained positivily for ET-1, ranging from weak diffuse(+)staining tofnoderate staining(++)In aldosteronomas ET-1 receptro may be down-regulated and ET-1 may play a paracrine role in regulating catecholamine in pheochromocytoma.
