摘要
应用玻璃体切割联合硅油填充术治疗复杂性视网膜脱离９例（９只眼），其中合并ＰＶＲＣ３～ＰＶＲＤ２７只眼，巨大视网膜裂孔合并ＰＶＲＤ３１只眼，巨大视网膜裂孔１只眼。除１只为巨大视网膜裂孔眼以前未行手术外，余均为３～５次手术失败眼。随诊２～２３个月，平均１２．６个月。视网膜完全复位３只眼，视力均在０．０２以上。３只眼术后取出硅油，其中１只眼复发视网膜脱离。硅油填充对常规视网膜复位术无法治愈的视网膜脱离有一定治疗作用；但并发症较多，故需严格掌握适应证。术后４～６个月视网膜复位，色素上皮与神经上皮粘连牢固，可取出硅油。
Nine eyes with complicated retinal detachment underwent vitrectomy and silicone oiltamponate among whom there were seven eyes with PVRC3-PVRD2,one eye with giant reti-na tear and PVRD3 and one eye with giant retina tear.All the eyes were followed-up for anaverage of 12.6 months with a range from 2 to 23 months.Retina were cornpletely reat-tached in there eyes.Vision were improved in six eyes.Retina was redetached in one eve af-ter removal of silicone oil.Silicone oil tamponate can be used in complicated retinal detach-ment that fails to respond to conventional method.However,silicone oil tamponate maycause a number of complications,so its indications should be properly taken care of.
