摘要
随着市场经济大潮的冲击,社会的竞争日益激烈,人们的思想观念不断变化。作为公益性质的医院面临着严峻的挑战,医院外部环境受到各种因素的影响每况愈下,成了制约卫生事业发展的瓶颈。因此,我们只有坚持依法行政,净化医疗市场;坚持依法办事,构建和谐医患关系;坚持部门协作,维护医院的正常秩序;坚持正面引导,创造良好的舆论环境,才能不断优化医院外部环境,才能有利于卫生事业的健康发展。作者通过3年来的调查,找出了医院外部环境堪忧的“五大”原因,并提出了“四个坚持”的治理对策。
With the impact of market economy and severe social competition,people＇s ideas and cognitions are changing.The hospitals with public welfare face severe challenges. For various factors＇ effect,the external environment of hospitals is getting steadily worse, which becomes into a bottleneck of development of health service. Hence, we only persist in administration according to law to clean medical market; persist in administration to establish harmony relationship between doctor and patient; persist in cooperation among departments to maintain normal order in hospitals; and persist in positive guide to create good public opinion environment. Through these measures mentioned above, it could continually optimize external environment of hospitals and be helpful to development of health service. Through the investigation during past three yearssthe author found out the five reasons of worried external environment of hospitals and put forward the countermeasures mentioned above.
