神经生长因子促神经突起生长效应的钙依赖性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:采用体外培养法,观察神经生长因子(NGF)在钙拮抗剂和细胞外不同Ca++浓度条件下对脊神经节突起生长的影响。方法:取8天胚龄的来亨鸡胚获取脊神经节,实验分为4组:NGF组、NGF+verapamil组、NGF+Ca++组、单纯Ca++组,培养期间定时对脊神经节突起生长长度和密度进行观察。结果:NGF+4mmol/LCa++组突起生长明显优于其它组(P<0.01),NGF组与NGF+verapamil组比较差异具有极显著性(P<0.01)。结论:NGF促脊神经节突起生长效应具有显著的钙依赖性。 Objective:To observe the effects of nerve growth factor(NGF)on neurite outgrowth in dorsal ganglia root under conditions of calcium channel antagonist and varied extracellular calcium.Methods:8 days chicken embryos were used to obtain dorsal ganglia root.Four experimental groups were as follows:NGF group,NGF+verapamil group,NGF+Ca++group and Ca++group.The mean length and density of neurite outgrowth were measured.Results:The mean lergth and density of outgrowth in NGF+4mM Ca++group were significantly better than other groups,there was significant difference between NGF+ verapamil group and NGF group.Conclusion:Neurite outgrowth in dorsal ganglia root enhanced by NGF significantly depends on extracellular free calcium and calcium influx through plasma menbrane.
